Belonix Mind (“Belonix Mind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Alexandra Belonogova. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Belonix Mind mobile application (“App”).
Belonix Mind is designed as a personal wellness, mental training, and self-improvement tool. We aim to collect as little personal data as reasonably necessary to provide the App.
Belonix Mind currently does not require account creation, login, or registration.
We do not maintain a user account database containing your name, email address, password, or profile.
Most information created through the App is stored locally on your device. This may include:
This information is not currently synchronized to our servers because Belonix Mind does not operate a cloud user database.
If you delete the App, locally stored information may also be deleted, subject to your device settings, operating system behavior, and any device backups.
When you create a personalized session, you may provide information about your goals, challenges, behaviors, thoughts, triggers, desired responses, or other information relevant to the session you want to generate.
This information may be transmitted to OpenAI through its API so that Belonix Mind can generate personalized content. OpenAI returns generated content such as a session title, description, and script.

These providers receive the content required to perform the requested AI or voice-generation service. Belonix Mind does not intentionally provide these providers with your name, email address, account ID, or other direct account identifier because the App currently does not maintain user accounts.
However, you should avoid entering information that directly identifies you or another person unless it is necessary for your use of the App.
Third-party providers may process and retain API data in accordance with their own agreements, privacy practices, and security requirements.
If you use the “Record Your Own Voice” feature, your recording is stored locally on your device and is not intentionally uploaded to Belonix Mind servers.
The App may also request microphone and speech recognition permissions to allow voice input. Speech recognition may rely on services provided by your device or operating system provider. Depending on your device, settings, and operating system, some speech processing may occur through services operated by the platform provider.
You may disable microphone or speech recognition permissions through your device settings.
Belonix Mind currently uses local device notifications for reminders. Reminder schedules are stored and processed locally on your device. We do not currently operate a remote push-notification server for these reminders.
Belonix Mind does not currently transmit usage analytics to an external analytics provider. Certain events may be logged locally during development for debugging purposes, but the production App does not currently send these events to Firebase Analytics or another analytics service.
If we introduce external analytics in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required privacy disclosures.
Belonix Mind does not currently use an advertising SDK or advertising network. If advertising is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and relevant consent and App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.
In-app purchase and subscription functionality may be introduced through Apple’s in-app purchase system and/or related service providers. When this functionality is enabled, payment processing will generally be handled by the applicable app marketplace rather than directly by Belonix Mind.
If additional service providers process subscription or transaction-related information, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those practices.

Most App data is stored locally and remains on your device until you delete it, delete the relevant content, clear App data where supported, or uninstall the App.
Information transmitted to third-party AI or text-to-speech providers may be retained by those providers according to their applicable agreements and policies.
Because Belonix Mind currently does not maintain user accounts or a central user database, we may not be able to identify or retrieve information associated with a specific individual after it has been transmitted to a third-party provider.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through the App. However, no electronic transmission, device, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device.
Belonix Mind is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are below the age at which you may legally consent to the processing of your personal information in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
Because most Belonix Mind data is stored only on your device, many controls can be exercised directly by deleting content or removing the App.

Third-party service providers used by Belonix Mind may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international processing of personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Belonix Mind evolves, including when we introduce new analytics, advertising, account, payment, cloud-storage, or other functionality. The updated version will include a revised “Last updated” date.
