These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Belonix Mind mobile application (“Belonix Mind,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Alexandra Belonogova. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you download the App through the Apple App Store, Apple’s applicable terms may also apply to your use of the App.
Belonix Mind provides tools for personal wellness, mental training, self-improvement, meditation, mental rehearsal, behavior change, reflection, and related purposes.
Features may include personalized AI-generated sessions, audio playback, reminders, progress tools, saved sessions, voice recording, and other functionality. Features may change as the product evolves.
Belonix Mind is a wellness and self-improvement product. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, psychotherapy service, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional healthcare relationship.
Do not rely on Belonix Mind for medical decisions or emergency assistance. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
Some content in Belonix Mind is generated using artificial intelligence based on information you provide. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
We do not guarantee that generated sessions will produce any particular psychological, behavioral, professional, financial, health, or personal result. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use generated content.
If a session causes significant distress or discomfort, stop using it and seek appropriate professional support where necessary.
You remain responsible for information, text, recordings, goals, prompts, and other content you provide through the App. You represent that you have the right to provide that content and that your use of the App will not violate the rights of another person.
You grant us a limited right to process your content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the requested App functionality, including transmitting relevant content to service providers used for AI generation and text-to-speech.
We do not claim ownership of your personal recordings or input content.
You may use the App to record your own voice for personal use within Belonix Mind. You may not use the recording functionality to record another person without their knowledge or where doing so would violate applicable law.
You are responsible for recordings you create.
Belonix Mind currently stores most user-created content locally on your device. The App currently does not provide cloud backup or cross-device synchronization for this information.
We are not responsible for loss of locally stored information resulting from device loss, device failure, deletion of the App, operating-system changes, storage corruption, or similar events.
Belonix Mind may offer paid subscriptions, generation packages, programs, or other digital purchases. Before a purchase, the App will display the applicable price and the features or access included.
If an auto-renewable subscription is offered through the Apple App Store:
Available products, prices, limits, and features may change for future purchases, subject to applicable law and marketplace rules.
You may not use Belonix Mind:
Belonix Mind, including its software, design, branding, interface, original content, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Alexandra Belonogova.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purposes. They do not transfer ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.
Belonix Mind is an evolving product. We may add, remove, modify, test, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the App will always operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belonix Mind is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alexandra Belonogova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on Belonix Mind.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access to the App if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
You may stop using the App at any time.
Our handling of information is described in the Belonix Mind Privacy Policy.
Certain features require information to be transmitted to third-party AI or text-to-speech providers, including OpenAI and, where applicable, ElevenLabs. Where required, the App will disclose this processing and request permission before relevant information is transmitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region of residence require otherwise.
We may update these Terms as Belonix Mind evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where legally permitted.
